Email Capture & Access
Simple, secure & powerful. Every electronic business communication is automatically captured by the Message Archiver in real time. This includes incoming, internal & outgoing email & attachments, instant messages & Bloomberg®. By nature, the Message Archiver tracks "who said what, when," & provides your business with a record of what versions, of which documents, were distributed to whom, & when. Access is made easy through the Message Archiver's intuitive user interface. Using any secure web browser connected to the Internet, rapid access is provided to:
- Employees, via an exclusive individual login, in order to obtain their mail
- Managers in order to review their assigned group's messages
- Compliance officers, or other Authorized Users, to monitor firm-wide communications
From any location - whether office, home or traveling - all Users have access to a permanent copy of their email & IM messages, even if the originals have been deleted.
User Capabilities include a simple, search & retrieval process allowing all Users to Find, View, Print, Reply, Reply All, Forward or Download messages, & even create new mail.
Additional Privileges may be assigned to Authorized Users allowing them to access, search & view the messages of other Users, User groups, or even firm-wide messages. Authorized Users may include the Administrator, the owner, managers, or an auditor.
